1. Acceptance of Terms
By making any booking or engaging with Travoday’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Booking & Passenger Details
– Ensure that the name(s) you provide match exactly with your passport (or government-issued ID). Travoday is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information.
– Passports must have at least 6 months’ validity from the date of intended return. Travoday does not provide visa or immigration advice.
3. Confirmations & Amendments
– You must reconfirm your flight and hotel details with the respective providers at least 72 hours prior to departure.
– Name changes and amendments made after confirmation may incur processing fees or cancellation charges, depending on provider policies.
4. Fares, Availability & Pricing
– All fares, availability, and pricing are subject to change at any time before final ticketing.
– Travoday bears no responsibility for changes or cancellations by third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators).
– Baggage, check-in, and seat selection rules differ among providers and must be confirmed directly with them.
5. Payment & Fees
– A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm a booking.
– Fees may apply for services like amendments, cancellations, or special requests. These will be disclosed at the time of booking.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
– Cancellation terms vary per provider and booking type. You agree to abide by their terms regarding refunds and penalties.
– Travoday will provide guidance where possible but cannot override third-party terms.
7. Travel Documents & Visas
– You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining the required travel documentation (e.g., visa, vaccination certificate, permits).
– Travoday assumes no liability if you are denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.
8. Travel Insurance
– We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, loss of luggage, etc.
– In absence of insurance, you bear full risk for any unforeseen events.
9. Liability & Indemnity
– Travoday acts as an intermediary booking agent and is not liable for services not directly controlled by us (e.g., transport delays, supplier insolvency, natural disasters).
– To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travoday’s liability for any loss or damage shall be limited to the total amount you paid for the affected services.
– You agree to indemnify Travoday against any claims arising due to your actions or negligence.
10. Force Majeure
– Travoday and our suppliers are not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to: natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or any events beyond our control.
11. Privacy & Personal Data
– Any personal data you provide will be used for booking and communication purposes only and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
– These Terms & Conditions are governed under the laws of Australia.
– Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable discussion. If unresolved, they may be referred to a mutually agreed-upon arbitration or court, within the governing jurisdiction.
13. Amendment of Terms
– Travoday reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying you directly.
